WWe promise to make you feel really welcome on the Friends of Jacob Smith Park committee.

There are currently three of us volunteering at the moment – Mike Pyle (Chairperson), Elsa Wiehe (Acting Treasurer) and Jo Smalley (Secretary). If you have time to spare and would like to get involved in helping us to make sure the park is well loved and cared for, by working in partnership with Harrogate Borough Council’s Parks Team – which manages the park – then we would love to hear from you.

You don’t need to take on huge tasks and it is fun and rewarding to be involved. Elsa would like to step down as Acting Treasurer to assist Jo with administrative duties – so that is one specific role that we are keen to fill. This role is very straight forward and not very time consuming.
